To edit or change the assignment application form, go to the 'Signup Form' tab in your assignment. Select the form you want from the dropdown (or go to the Forms tab in the main navigation to create a new form).
To add a Thank You message on the confirmation page, check the box and enter your message. This message will override any message already set in the form you've chosen.
Note: If volunteers are logged in to a Timecounts account when they apply, the signup form you choose will auto-populate and hide known fields for that volunteer. For example, if the volunteer has already entered their birthdate on a previous signup form, the birthdate field will auto-fill and hide. The volunteer won't wonder why they're being asked the same question more than once.
