We recognize that volunteer onboarding and recruitment can be time consuming, even tedious. When you are asked the same questions again and again, it can be helpful to have a place you can direct volunteers to find the answers they need. We call this a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page.
This feature will allow organizations to add a new tab to their hub called FAQ.
To build your list of questions and corresponding answers, go to Settings and click on the FAQ tab.
Use the up and down arrows on the right side of the question to reorder.
You may wish to number the questions or keep it flexible. It's completely up to you how you'd like to customize.
You can turn the FAQ On and Off whenever you are ready by pressing the button in the top right corner. Make changes to the FAQ at anytime, as long as you are saving it will be updated.
When it's turned on, the FAQ will be available on the hub. People can click on a question to expand the answer.
Is there a limit for how many questions can be added to an FAQ?
No, it's unlimited. Add as many questions and answers as you require. It's best to keep it to a reasonable number so it isn't overwhelming for volunteers to find the answers they need.
