This feature is available on Essential (limited), Premium, and Growth plans.
Insights can be found under the REPORT tab in the navigation. There are a number of Insights available to customize and export or print using the buttons top right corner. It will export to a CVS file that you can open in any spreadsheet to modify and print. The print option allows you to display the chart we make available.
Volunteer Hours Insight
The primary report called 'Volunteer Hours' is available to organizations on Essential plans or higher. It's an easy way to see total hours for a specific time period, adjust for day/week/month/year, and break that down per volunteer.
Additional Insights
To unlock additional Insights, you will need to be on the Premium plan. This will allow you to segment your reports by Event, Assignment, Volunteer, and get additional details about the performance of your organization.
