There are three ways for volunteer photos to be show in your database.

1. Imported automatically through Gravatar and social media

Community member photos are imported from Gravatar (globally recognized avatars, linked to email). They're also pulled from public social media profiles, like Twitter and Facebook, if those profile links are included in their profile card. Be sure to include social media fields in your forms to maximize the number of profile photos automatically imported!

2. Imported from Facebook when volunteers sign-in with Facebook

When a volunteer creates an account using Facebook, Timecounts collects their profile information, email, and photo.

3. Uploaded by volunteers when they create an account

Volunteers also have the option to upload their own photo to their profile, when they create a Timecounts account. The photo they choose will appear in your database.
