Send an email message to one volunteer or thousands with the 'Message' button in the Community toolbar.
Want to send an email to everyone who is interested in making thank you calls to donors? Group all of those contacts with a tag, select everyone and send a message in the toolbar.
Select the envelope icon to send an email.
You can start your message from scratch, or paste in a message from a saved template. Saved templates are created by you - whenever you enter a message throughout Timecounts, you have the option to 'Save as a template' to save you time later if you have to send the same message to someone else.
