If you've made a mistake or your event circumstances have changed, you can delete shifts, roles, and locations in the schedule.

If you want to cancel a shift, search for cancelling shifts.

You are not able to delete roles or shifts if someone has been credited time for them. You will first have to remove the credited time and then delete the shift and/or position.

To delete a role, click on the Roles button in the schedule toolbar. Select the role you would like to delete, click the Edit Pencil in the top right beside the role, and then click 'Delete Role' in the 'Edit Role' pop-up.

Deleting Shifts

To delete a shift, click on it in your schedule, and click Edit Shift. At the top of the Edit Shift pop-up, select 'Delete Shift'.
