Sharing the Event Page

Every event you create in Timecounts has a public page, with a description, cover image, link to your volunteer Hub, and signup funnel. To share your event page, you can send an event invitation to people in your database. You can also link to the event URL to share on Facebook or in external emails. To find the event URL, go to your event Overview and view your event page. You can copy and paste the event page's URL.

How do I invite people with an email to Timecounts?

To invite people who are not yet in your community database, you can share the event URL in an external email, in your eNewsletter, on your website, or on social media. To find your event URL, open up your event public page in the event dashboard. You can copy and paste the public page URL wherever you'd like to spread the word.
