Timecounts has 'Export' buttons throughout the platform to give you flexibility and control of your data. Exports are emailed as CSV files to the owner of your Timecounts account.
To export volunteer lists, first filter your community to display the list of volunteers you're interested in. Timecounts will export everyone in your filter. Select 'More' in the toolbar, and then click Export.
What is exported from Community:
First Name, Last Name
Total Hours Credited
Exporting Form Responses
To export form responses, click on your form on the Forms page. Select 'Responses' and then select the 'Verified' tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of all saved responses to your form. Clicking the Export button will export all stored responses - there is no need to select them first.
You can export everyone's shifts, or just the volunteers listed for a specific shift, date, or role using the 'Export' button in the schedule. To filter your export, select a shift or role in the schedule. The export will include everyone displayed. You may need to go to a People view of the schedule, you can switch at the top of page.
The schedule is exported as a CSV file, and emailed to the email you've used to register your Timecounts account. The following fields are exporting from the schedule:
Shift Status (Confirmed, Waitlisted, etc)
We use the ISO formatting so it is understandable by spreadsheet formulas. So if your exports are not using your preferred date settings, you can adjust that in the spreadsheet you are using.
